We aren’t in Winnipeg’s situation at all. Winnipeg has a boatload Of high-end young talent. Some were picked them to win the cup last year well ahead of schedule but they struggled because they played in the best division in hockey without a goalie capable of stopping a beach ball. People were rightly angered at their GM for not fixing the goaltending situation and quite frankly he lucked out this year with Hellybuck developing ahead of schedule as Mason was ####ting the bed in between the pipes to start the year.

We on the other end are supposed to be ready to win now, but Our high prices d core is mediocre at best, our offence needs 6 points from the top line to
Win, and despite getting good goaltending this year we are still a playoff bubble team. In two years time we may be talking about another rebuild if things continue as is.
