Brouwer and Stajan should be placed on waivers. Replace them with players that can contribute something to this team, even if it's by promoting from the farm.
There needs to be a message sent to the players that it isn't going to be a country club anymore.

It's easy to say trade Gaudreau and Brodie but who are we actually trading them for? Who in your eyes would actually would make this team better and is a realistic trade to happen?
And if it is picks there are no guarantees the guys we select are even any better than those two.
