When you look at GG on the bench, he just seems lifeless. He never seems to talk to his players, he never seems to call a time out to try and settle them down, he is on record for saying he never talks to them after the game. He talks the same talk every time he is interviewed. Boring.

And lifeless is what the Flames are on the ice right now. They show no desire or motivation. They have given up.
