Margaret River is my go to Cab region. Nowhere else gets the same intensity of fruit together with herbal aroma. Absolutely love it.
Although things like Yellow Tail do a lot of damage to the general perception of Aus as a quality part of the wine world, the quality and intensity to be found there is great.
