So what does that have to do with tasering a guy numerous times while he is handcuffed/restrained? The argument here is whether or not the cops went too far, not whether there was a legit reason to check his ID. They might have had a legitimate reason to ask for ID, fine. You are still ignoring the facts that the guy was about to leave, they restrained him, and basically attacked him numerous times with a taser. He did nothing, other than refuse to show his ID, which was probably a mistake on his part. And how do you know they didn't just single him out? Were you there? I'm sure this kid went to the library without his ID on purpose, just so he could make a scene and make a point, as you put it. That's what all liberal hippie college kids do, they bait others into situations like this to make them look bad. Good explanation man, you've nailed it. Get real buddy. You disgust me.
