that's the way the lawyer is trying to spin it to make it look like his client was wronged. might have been the kid didn't notice anyone getting id'd. might have been they're leaving out the fact that a couple other students were id'd to have a better case. might be he was the first one they randomly chose to id and nobody else got id'd because they couldn't until they dealt with this little situation that erupted.
