Is this a 1-year pass, or no expiry, or what's the dealio?

I get the reason why Winsport wants to close off the access road, but I still despise the fact that the student government won't finish the full loop for Stoney. That's why the Winsport access road got so much traffic before the gate was added.

I am interested pending on how long the pass will be valid.
