I deleted my cookies via ad-aware and it still happens, and Ive restarted my computer a couple of times. What else can I do to try and fix this? Thanks.

If you're using IE6, go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Connectons -> Lan Settings. Turn off all three checkboxes.
Also, Shaw's DNS servers are flaking out right now. The two (probably really only one) DNS servers I'm assigned were down last week for about five hours.
