Trying to eat healthier
After reading the "In A Box" thread, which sounded pretty good, I was reminded that I want to eat healthier than I do. I'm not big on the fast food, but I don't sleep well, and I feel sluggish most of the time.
I try and get almost all 3 meals in a day in, and I have a beverage (usually flavoured water or juice) at my side at all times.
I know that's just generalizing things, but what I'm looking for is better tips to feel healthier with my ditary choices, and maybe help some other CPers along the way.
NOTE: I am also lactotse intollerant, and I avoid eggs too. But feel free to post tips that include those for the benifit of other readers.
