Posting several times on each page comes across as "emotion fuelled opinions". You made yours. I don't even think anyone is really disagreeing with you being "correct". The courts agreed, so yes they found it "justifiable".
The main issue here is how it was handled from the beginning. To which I have to say: if that was the proper way to control that situation, that is a horrifying reality. This wasn't Protecting or Serving.
