These cops were extremely unreasonable. I get that this is a tough situation but it seems like this could've been avoided if they communicated more clearly and calmly.
The way they acted makes it seem like they either wanted to shoot him or were completely terrified of someone who was not only heavily intoxicated but begging them to not shoot because he was scared.
