When I caught my first level 35 I wasn't paying attention and when I noticed thought I had somehow accidentally wasted a bunch of dust on skiploom

Introducing weather is pretty awesome although from my experience so far it can be pretty inaccurate and pretty much any weather warning results in "extreme" weather killing the bonuses. Hopefully they figure out how to manage not all weather events are equal (ie. a snowfall warning in Canada or high surf warning in Hawaii shouldn't be considered extreme weather).
