Someone said on reddit that gay porn performers aren't subject the the standard STD testing regimen that straight performers must comply with. If that's the case, you can certainly see why female pornstars would balk at the idea of working with men who aren't tested for STDs. It is incredulous to label someone homophobic for refusing to have sex with someone who has not been tested for STDs, especially since the person in question is regularly having sex with new partners who have also not been tested.
