I understand the frustration but not the notion that they should "spend the money on a proper rebuild".
This has been a team that has regularly spent to the cap - sometimes very poorly.
If anything I think their desire to accelerate re-builds and hang on to veterans with some notion that they can piece together another run - is what has hurt the organization in the long run.
But how on earth have they not "spent the money on a proper re-build"?
