To be so dominant against a team, yet lose, is head scratching. Then you see the High Danger chances, and it was a 50/50 game. Elliott played great (maybe the "you suck" comment by Versteeg was taken to heart?). Smith was 'ok' last night. The Flames D did not help him much.
This is like the opposite of Hartley Hockey for me - lots of chances against and being dominated in CORSI, but often not giving up much in the way of high danger chances, or at least out-chancing them, often with even higher high danger chances.

Which is why this CORSI crap doesn't really mean anything. It doesn't get goals up on the board. Ultimately, get more A+ chances than the opposing team, while limit those against you, and you'll more times than not win.
