I think the guys on the back end have either tuned the coach out, or just not feeling confident in the program. The coach needs to show that he is trying and not doing things that impede progress. It's all about believing, little things are very important. If the coach doesn't take a time out when things are going south what does that tell the players? Sure one or two times might be fine but sooner or later it affects morale, Somethings not sitting right with the players right now, that loss to the oilers probably had a ripple effect and it's hard to get that cohesive energy back up.
We need to be taking those oiler games a lot more seriously.
