Early returns are poor but he's still got two years after this at an affordable cap hit. I would like to see him play under a different head coach before calling this trade a disaster. Needless to say regardless of what happens with Hamonic over the next couple of years this was a home run trade for the Islanders as they could be getting a top 10 or top 15 pick and the 2nd round picks are gravy.
