The continued need to put Brouwer on the speciality team kills me.
He's also awful on the PK - 12 goals allowed while he's on the ice on the PK in 49 minutes. Only guy who's been on for more goals is Giordano and he's been on the ice for 83 minutes.
Hathaway or Bennett should take his PK time.
He's brutal on the PP. He's played 30 mins on the PP and the Flames has allowed as many shorthanded goals and they've scored PP goals during that time (2 GF - 2 GA).
Ferland who replaced Brouwer is at 11 GF, 3GA in 48 mins.
He should be no where near the ice on the PP.
Just take him of the speciality teams. If he's such a great leader - I'm confident he'll be able to survive a few games in the press box.
