1980 AFC is the first one I see. Buffalo, Cleveland, Houston, San Diego and Oakland all had 11 wins. But that's a 5 team playoff not 6. Hasn't happened since the playoffs were expanded in 1990. In 1977 and earlier they only played 14 games.
