Based, on the photos, I thought it was Kulak based on the skates and sock tape (just overlapping the black stripe on the sock); also Engelland in the background:
I then cheated and looked up the photo on gettyimages. The caption shows the Leafs player as Connor Brown but it doesn't identify the Flames player:

However, I did confirm that Kulak did play in that game (January 23, 2017), the 4-0 loss a few days before the infamous "train ride" to Ottawa last year.
