Calgary lost the turnover battle and gave up 9 points while on offense...and that is what decided the football game.

The Stamps were the better team in every facet except the scoreboard which is the ultimate decider. It really isn't even debatable.
Well yeah, that's why no one is debating it.

But it has to make you wonder, when a team dominates the stat categories like that and still finds ways to screw it up by making multiple poor decisions, both players and coaches, and fails to close out what should have been a second consecutive easy GC win, who is to blame?

Is it overconfidence? Bad coaching? Poor player attitudes?

Bit weird though you say they were better in every facet but acknowledge they lost the turnover battle. That's one of the key facets and predictors of success and one of the most important statistical categories.

Otherwise they'd award the game based on total yards. But they don't. You have to score or it means nothing.
