You know I disagreed with this at first but now I think you might be right. Played around with ESPN's Playoff Machine and came out with this:
AFC:
1. Pittsburgh (14-2)

4. LA Chargers (9-7)
5. Tennessee (10-6)
6. Baltimore (10-6)
NFC:
1. Philadelphia (14-2)
