Happens every season. Usually a team tells a guy not to report. Lack seems to fit that discription.
If Parsons continues to play at his current level in the ECHL then Lack is just getting in his way.
I'm sure Lacks a great guy and all but He is not an nhl backup out side the anomoly of 1 good year in the AHL and One adequate year for the Canucks .
Your not paying him the amount you are to back up at the AHL level. If he cant perform at the Nhl then do him and the Flames a favoir and cut him loose so he can head back to the SHL.
