A number of “fans” on this board are starting to remind me of Oilers fans these days
They’re not going to win every game FFS and they are going to look like **** occasionally. That doesn’t mean they’re a bad team. Everybody has stretches where they look bad, it’s the nature of the game.
It is frustrating that they’re beating themselves right now but if they win tonight in Colorado, 3-2-1 is a decent road trip.
It’s an 82 game season, it’s not all going to be positive.

You in the bold illustrate the frustration with a lot of fans. Under Gulutzan it's always a run of wins/losses or good play/bad play with little in the way of consistency. There's never consistent quality play from week to week. You never know if they will have a good week or bad week and quite frankly it's getting old in season two. You say it's the "
The roller-coaster of emotion that is CP" I say The Roller-Coaster of Glen Gulutzan's Flames not only rivals that but eclipses it as even the most glass half full people can't honestly claim they know what to expect from this team on a nightly basis. I would not be surprised in the least if the team rebounded and beat on the Avs tonight but I would also not be surprised if they hand out Rittich to dry and lose another sloppy, high scoring game. No team is ever going to win a Stanley Cup when their play on a night to night basis mirrors the flipping of a coin.
