If Eddie Lack clears waivers & is sent to the AHL, only $350K of the $1.375M cap hit the #Flames are responsible for will hit their salary cap. The other $1.375M retained by Carolina as part of the trade, will continue to count in full against the #Hurricanes cap regardless.
