This season, I've noticed that once the opposition PP forward has puck at the side of the net, one or sometimes both defenders go down to their knees trying to block the cross-crease pass. Maybe it's not working to actually prevent the pass, but it seems like the smarter PP forwards will then pretend like they're not going to pass, so the D stands up, and then the forward looks back across the crease and they go down again.

It's like a yo-yo.
