I've lived in Edmonton for the last 19 years and have never once seen any of the things you say. You must have lived in a real slum area if you saw all of that. Unfortunately every city has their slum areas, even Calgary.
As for the road rage issue, yeah there are people here with that problem but I have found it to be worse in Calgary, especially on the Deerfoot - yikes! I guess that's
