Franken was also on camera. I was listening to the news the other day, and they were praising Franken for taking responsibility for his actions. What choice did he have? And he didn't come out and apologize until after the photos surfaced. Once again I think that Louis CK's behaviour was so specific and came from so many sources, that there was no way for him to deny it. And, once again, he didn't apologize until being confronted with irrefutable evidence in the media. Both are essentially begging for forgiveness after waiting until there was no way out.
