Reinhart has maxed out but the guy picked 2 spots later hasn't. Hilarious. They're both young players who may need a fresh start. There's no denying that both guys haven't lived up to their potential. A Sam for Sam swap makes some sense.

I agree I wouldn't do it, but to say Reinhart is maxed out is laughable.
