Do you have any video evidence of this? I saw Mantha's arm wailing down on Hamonic, but I never saw any arms coming back up.
Mantha kept punching him after a) the linesman tried to stop him, and b) after they were no longer on the ice surface. Those are huge differences to what happened with Brouwer.
If that were Matthews under Mantha, I doubt you would be making the same argument.
