As an aside I'm surprised Louis CK was a known, successful comedian back then. I guess I was just blind to him as I thought he was relatively unknown until 2008ish.
Even in old youtube interviews (2000-2004) he seems more like a minor comedian doing stand up with little fanfare during the interview from audiences.
