Also, I think it's a bit of a stretch to say that he was in a position of power. Yes, he's was one of the more popular comedians at the time, but these were women were adults and fellow comedians. It's not like it was director/actor or boss/employee relationship.

It's a clear pattern of Harassment within the workplace. Some of these incidents occurred on set. It isn't a guy with a sexual kink.
