Having a baby isn't the same for everyone. Both in terms of how easy it is to conceive, the pregnancy itself, what happens after the birth, how easy the kid is, how the mom reacts, how the dad reacts, physical problems, are they feeding well, do they cry all the time, do they sleep, are they colicy?
There are so many variables that for any of us to try and pretend to understand what the right thing for Gio to do in this situation is arrogant and judgmental.
It is also none of our business.
