I looked it up -- apparently the $4.90 per month is just for processing the garbage, not to collect it?

It also shows the $4.90 as the rate for "2015-2018" so hopefully they'll adjust it if they truly are processing less garbage.
I was hoping they would cut my cost in half because pickups were cut in half
