One of the biggest parts of UBI is that it replaces existing social programs and is indexed to income, its not "free money". So you'd be saying that we are going to take away your food stamps and EI, and in order to get them back, you need to surrender your personal property to do so. You're also supporting allowing the government unlimited access to private homes whenever they wish to ensure compliance. No one would ever support that part alone.
