Big thing to watch for me these days is the slow transformation of two weaknesses into first two neutrals and then maybe two strengths.
Jankowski/Bennett ... more youth, more upside, more chance to see some gains with games played and hopefully provide a bit of offence from the third line making the Flames a tougher team to scheme against.
Kulak/Stone ... from a pairing you hope to feast on to hopefully one that can roll out a neutral to marginal loss game letting the rest of the roster take advantage.
These two holes on the Flames have taken steps in closing, interesting to watch the same tonight against a team littered with dangerous players.
