In New Orleans, some places had take out windows where you can just buy a drink in a plastic cup and go for a walk. If a place is extremely busy this is a bonus for them as it keeps generating sales from people that don't necessarily want to hang out inside and get the full service experience. I can see a place like national doing well with this concept.
