I think you just need to take a step back and relax. We all love the same team. There is nothing wrong to be optimistic of the team, just as there is nothing wrong to be critical of the team. It does not make anyone less of a fan.
Furthermore, I think the main issues that some posters take offense to some of the more critical posts is because they keep getting repeated ad nauseum in multiple threads, and does not stimulate much discussion.
Lastly, I have no issue with them trying that line in practice, because if they look good, I am sure management will find a way to make it happen. It also could be more of GG pointedly telling BT that this is the lineup he wants to ice in the near future when Jagr returns. I'm all for trying new looks in practice, because isn't that what practice is for?

I'm actually very optimistic about this team. I actually like our team and have defended the players numerous of times. Sure, there are some holes on the roster but overall, I think we have a very good core. I'm also a very big fan of Treliving.
It's the coaching I have a problem with and for some posters it's a very sore spot. For some very bizarre reason. Apparently, if you don't like the coach, you're not a very good fan....
ON TOPIC: This line actually has some potential, hopefully we see it on the ice.
