Yes I have never missed a game for any reason.
The only ####ing stat that matters to me or should for any one for that matter is the score at the end. That anylitic stuff is great for the team's management but for a fan it means dick all. All I wanna see is a W.

There just pictures man - not to difficult to understand.
I like them as a supplement to the game to help understand what you're seeing. More often than not the game does play out very closely to the advanced stats.
For instance, shots were fairly even after 60 but that shot chart tells a different story. Calgay did a good job of keeping Washington out of the slot. On the flip side Calgary had most of there shots from the slot. This passes the eye test too when watching the game. Even though Calgary only had 7 more shots than Washington the game felt far more lopsided. The first picture shows this.
The next picture shows the momentum. Anyone watching the game would probably agree that while the Flames looked good all game they looked especially dominant for 10 minutes in the 2nd. The simple line graph shows a 10 minute chunk of time in the 2nd where the Flames had 20 shot attempts. That is essentially like 10 minutes of PP control without actually having an extra man.
Anyway, sorry to offend you. Some poster enjoy the stats so I figured I'd share some pictures that show just how great of a game the Flames played.
