Monahan has way better hands, an elite shot that he can shoot from anywhere and score (see the Carolina game) and is smarter than Smyth.
If you want to harp on something with Monahan it should be his average defensive game not his "garbage goals". Something tells me you've never picked up a hockey stick in your life or scored a goal at all let alone a garbage goal.

Your posts are always extremely..... passionate.... lol. That's my best comparison for Monahan I could think of and taking it as an insult is on yourself. He has become more of a slot triggerman this past season and a half, but he's always had excellent hands around the net and is elite at finding the puck for tap-ins during net front scuffles.
