The major change needed is team discipline needs to be improved. This is a long term problem going back to last season that needs to be addressed and fixed. You aren't going to have long term success giving opponents 5+ power plays every game. Tkachuk should have been benched for the remainder of the game after taking that selfish penalty at the end of the 2nd. Unfortunately it appears that benching players may be the only way to get this through to the players.
