Well, New Jersey also has the highest property tax in the US, I don't think that one is going to happen.
I think the trendy near shoring low cost centres in states like Iowa, Wisconsin, Missouri, Delaware, North Carolina and even Utah are all better bets.
I also think there is no way they pick Toronto or Vancouver either, for some of the same reasons they are moving on from Seattle. Calgary is not a bad choice.
