I don't care how badly he wants to keep playing, he's clearly a concussion case who is going to end up with CTE at best and severe brain damage at worst. How would you ever implement or enforce that? It's one thing if individual teams' medical staffs won't clear someone to play (like what happened with Chris Bosh) but a decision from the league itself seems like a logistical nightmare. A guy like Kuechly would sue to be able to play.
