[Max Cow Disease]

It's weird feeling optimistic at this fresh stage of the season. After the opener against Edmonton and the first period of the following game, I was worried that we were off to a rotten start yet again given that there were very few signs that the team's game was right around the corner from any sort of greatness. It was putting a damper on the excitement of the Jagr signing for me.

Zip to now, and here we are! A few kinks to iron out including a little less reliance on Smith, but I'm feeling some solid vibes from the season so far.
