They seem a tired brand in Canada however. We seem to be a little more fashion conscious hence the explosion of H&Ms which also serve the discount market but with an upmarket appearance.

Unless they've changed it, Old Navy's branding is very American. H&M, of course, is European. That probably makes a big difference to how the brand is perceived in Canada vs. in the USA.
