It's a tale of two corners. How does Julio's survive, in spite of its mediocre offerings, while everything that has been on the other side of 10th, which by all accounts are great restaurants, will die within a year or two is something that needs to be studied. Is it the parking or the lack of signage along 10th St. that does it? Do the would-be restaurateurs know the history? I can't seem to find any of the previous incarnations of restaurants at that location on Yelp or Google. It's like they disappeared from the history books.
