I did some rudimentary math and I don't think Wales or Croatia can get in with a draw. They would be the worst 2nd place team.

If both both Wales/Ireland or Ukraine/Croatia don't end in a draw, Slovakia is out (doesn't matter who wins)

If either games end in a draw, both teams of that drawn game are out.
IF both games end in a draw Croatia is probably out but it'll come down how large the draw is.

If for example Croatia draws 2-2 and Wales draws 1-1 they are tied.
It would come down to fair play points!
