i've done a number of recipes i've found online, but my favourite by far are these packaged ones i found at princess auto (of all places!!)

- slice up your meat (cut meat into 'steaks' and throw them into a freezer on a cookie tray for around 30 minutes, then slice at a 1/4" with a meat slicer)
- season as per directions and leave in the fridge over night
- smoke for a couple ours
- embrace the jerky coma you are about to experience!
