As others have said, the line changes Gluegun made is what changed the game.

We all know Mony and Johnny have the chemistry together, and they put up a lot of points over the last few seasons there's no denying it. However I feel most of those points come from deep zone cycling and Johnny making magic happen for the quick slot pass to Mony in the front of the net. I think he excels at that net front presence and clearly needs to continue.

However last year there were a few games, pre-season this year and then last night proves that Bennett and Johnny have a completely different chemistry that I feel is a lot more noticeable and effective on zone takes and rushes. They both have some speed, they move fluently up the ice and are very good at dangling out defenders to get open and clearly both have knacks for finding each other at good times. Lazar's speed and big body helped that tonight it was refreshing to see a line have complete puck control while taking the zone.

Again as others pointed out, I would hate to see that line broken up after 1 game so I propose:

JG - SB - CL
KV - SM - JJ - Would even be cool to see Tkachuk slot in on the LW here for a few reps if its not going to well.
