I thought it was pretty clear. The "I wish our management had the same attitude" comment seemed really self-deprecating when the current Flames management has done a great job in many facets building the present team, including our own youth that are currently playing in our top nine. On the same token, Jersey has been an awful team the last few years.
When I pointed that out you move the goalpost to suggesting the entire league is moving in a direction the Flames don't seemed to be. To which I pointed out every team rolls the dice with contracts and has players they'd rather move on from.
Sharing an opinion is fine, and so is disagreeing with one.
